We have an issue where due to Heap Analytics cookies (_hp2_) on Freshdesk portal, the anomaly count configured for Tracking cookies in our Web Application Firewall blocks the requests made to other web services on our domain. We would like to disable Heap Analytics on our Freshdesk portal. What’s the best way to achieve this?
