Disable new messages in conversation

Hi,

When using the Freshchat web widget, is there a method that we can use to disable new messages in conversation?

Our issue is with offline experience. After the user fills in the form, he still expects to receive replies since the interface allows him to keep sending more messages.

We already tried to change the “Thank you” message after the form is filled, but still experience a high number of users that don’t read it and keeps sending messages waiting for a reply.

Hi @fernandomm , you can use the Away experience in your chat widget settings.

Proactively convey to customers that you are currently away, prompt customers to leave detailed descriptions of their problems, create a separate view for all 'Away Conversations' and auto-convert 'Away Conversations' to tickets in Freshdesk Support Desk.
