Does Freshdesk app for Shopify uses Spring framework?

I am inquiring about the Freshdesk app built for Shopify. Specifically, I am interested in knowing whether you use the Spring Framework in any part of the application.

The reason for my inquiry is related to a recent security vulnerability known as Spring4Shell. While I understand that Shopify itself does not use Spring Framework, I wanted to confirm if your app might be using it and potentially be affected by this vulnerability.

Appreciate it if anyone could confirm or deny the use of Spring Framework.

The app developers would be able to confirm it about the Spring Framework if it’s on the middleware (in case middleware is used).

However, all the apps built on the Freshworks marketplace use JavaScript for front-end and serverless environments.
