I am working on an integration where an external system is able to create a reply from a Feshdesk ticket but we don’t want to send the reply - we want to save it as a draft so that a user can modify it before it si sent.
Bing suggests that " The API documentation states that "If you want to create a draft reply without sending it, set the status as 2 (draft) while creating the reply."1" but I can’t find any reference to this in the documentation,
Does anyone have any experience with this?
