Erro cros - consumir api

Good Morning.
I’m trying to consume a freshdek api (just an api, I’m not using the app).

this api is because I am using feshchat app, I need to get the conversations of each user to display on my platform, the api is this ( ‘https://api.freshchat.com/v2/users/id_user/conversations’

i am getting the following error from cros.

CORS policy has been enforced on your browser as you are trying to load/fetch data from another domain ( api.freshchat.com) which is different than your origin (evoluttohomolog.com.br)

You would need to use Freshchat marketplace app or you would need consider sending request through a proxy
