With regards to your query with respect to Image export from XML files that are available from the Account Export. I herewith am attaching the M.o.M and further information on the same.

The attachment URL would be available in the XML exports, and the same could be accessible via API tools like Postman. In Postman, it is required to set up Basic Auth and the API key of Account Admin.

In certain API GET calls, there were errors of Invalid credentials popping up, because of which suggestion of converting a single ticket to XML format and trying to access the attachment using the URL present in it was given. It worked even in No Auth.

As the requirement was to get the export in the form ticket ID - Ticket images suggested to convert the XML files to CSV file and then run a script to get the attachments of the same.
