In our Freshworks Developer Portal we have 2 published apps for some years (Birdie for Freshdesk, and for Freshchat), with regular updates…
But today our apps are not listed anymore in our developer portal (althought they are in the public marketplace) : we can only Create a New App… Why did it disappear, and how can we find them back to publish an update?

It occurs when the account gets expired and a new one is created instead. Kindly raise the account ownership transfer request for the same using below link.
