Hi there, I would like to be able to export a list of the departments we’ve setup but there isn’t a function that allows me to do this. Like to be able to extract a list of all the departments we have setup, along with any attributes (like the list of requesters/ agents). This will allow us to mass review. Also, there should be a way to do a mass upload - adding each department manually is time consuming.
Hello @lskaling you can get all the department information from freshservice by doing a data export out of the analytics module.
