Feefo/Google Reviews in FreshChat

Hi all,

I have turned on and set up CSAT on our Freshchat. I was just wondering if it was possible to have Google reviews or Feefo reviews as the CSAT survey, rather than the internal Freshchat one?

External reviews are not supported in Freshchat CSAT surveys
