Freshchat API conversation satisfactory score


From the Freshchat API documentation I see, that with “CSAT-Score” report I can retrieve satisfactory score about agents.

My question: is there a possibility to receive satisfactory score about conversations as well?

I think CSAT-Score is for the conversation you had with the agent,
it is not particularly for that agent alone.
