hello guys, do you have any forecast for global app on freshchat?
@Marllon_Mainardes - So far, I haven’t heard about any plans for it. I did request an update from the Freshchat team. I’ve been noticing Freshchat rebranded as Freshdesk Messaging. I wonder if the existing placeholder serves the purpose for Freshdesk Messaging. 
I see to understand what you are trying to achieve. But would you help me understand the business use case behind it?
Hello Saif, I recently developed an application that sends satisfaction surveys to whatsapp, a feature that does not exist today, and we also developed a application to send bulk messages to whatsapp, but these applications were external, it would be nice to be able to unify some screens within the tool!
