Freshchat onConversationUpdate Event is not fired when bot makes chat available for assignment

Dear Team,

We have a custom app built for one of the use cases where we are performing certain actions when a bot makes a chat available for assignment. Earlier the onConversationUpdate event was fired in such cases and we were able to perform desired actions however with new updates this event is not fired when the bot makes chat available for the assignment.
PS: The chat is the integrated freshchat instance with freshsales.
Is it a bug or some other issue?

Hi @Sachin_Kumar ,

The Freshchat API documentation is undergoing changes to incorporate API changes. I shall check internally if there are any changes resulting in the aforementioned behavior. Meanwhile, you can refer to this section.
