FreshChat Questions - Archive and Auto Assign

Hey all!

I am a few days into FreshChat, never used anything like this before and I am having some issues with a few things that I would like to do.

I would like to be able to delete, or archive my old resolved chats but I cannot figure out a way to do this, how can I do this? If I can?

Also, the chats that do come through, are not auto-assigning to agents, they are dropping into the group I created, but it will not be assigned unless I do it, is there a way I can have this automated?

Lastly, is there a way I can add an avatar to an agents profile? For customers to see?
