[Freshdesk API] Agent creation via Freshdesk API Issue

Hi need some clarification on some matters regarding the creation of a Freshdesk Agent through the API.

Currently, I did some testing on the API and notice that the creation of the agent through the POST /api/v2/agents/bulk end point does not show in the Customer Service Suite (CSS) making me unable to manage that agent.

I also was unable to create the agent via the POST /api/v2/agent end point as it returns a permission denied for that portion.

Overall it seems that what was create via the bulk end point seems to not sync with the CSS as I was able to go past the limit of creation in Freshdesk and since it does not appear in CSS, I am unable to delete that agent.

Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong? If it is an issue, is there currently a workaround for creating an agent in Freshdesk where it would also appear in the CSS?
