We have submitted Freshdesk app on marketplace for certification.

Below are the details of submitted App:

App id: 157876

Submitted date: 23 May, 2024.

Submitted using id: gtre-integrations@goto.com

It shows in “Under review” state.

What is ETA for App approval

You will get an email regarding the submission to the email ID you provided with the wasp report.

If there are no issues, the QA team will get back to you.

You can communicate with them via mail or fw-marketplace.freshrelease.com.
