Freshdesk app publication rejected without explicit reason

Hello! I am publishing a freshdesk app for a client called “Target First”. The goal is to integrate their chat platform to freshdesk.
However, when I try to upload the app to the marketplace, I am instantly rejected everytime even though I do not have any error or warning on fdk validation command (fdk validate).


I want to know the reason why the app is rejected.

Kindly check your email which was mentioned during app submission, as you may have received a message containing information about the app rejection.

The only email I received advised me to post the issue here in the dev community.
If I am not mistaken, I did not receive any other email from frehworks team
