Freshdesk - Create Conversation Reply on behalf of Client

Does anyone know if there is a way of creating a conversation reply on a ticket from a client?

so, it looks as if the client has responded to an admin.

You can create a response from an admin. but, i can’t see a way of responding on behalf of a client.

Not even possible to create a public note from their ID ether
