Freshdesk end-user-app is not working as given in the documentation

I am trying to build an end-user-app as given in the documentation below:

However, when I try to run the freshly created visitor app, I am getting the following error.

The local server could not be started due to the following issue(s):

Thanks for reporting this. This is embarrassing indeed. We will look into this and address the gap with this visitor-app template.
