freshdesk installation param save error

Our app was working fine, and no changes have been made to it in atleast last 1 year.

We received complaint from one of our customer stating they are facing error with our integration.

Upon testing we found that installatation params are no longer getting saved.

In console below error was seen in network tab

Please help us understand what is the reason of this sudden error?
