Freshdesk messaging re-size app width

Hi,

Is it possible to increase the “conversation_user_info” app width in the Freshdesk messaging app?

Or is it possible to make the app a floating widget without interrupting the conversation section? if I make it as dialog or modal it overlays the message conversation, and the agent is unable to reply or perform any action in the conversation.

It is not possible to increase the width of the app, but you are allowed to increase only the height of the app kindly refer to this document

nope for now only these three placeholders (conversation_message_editor, conversation_user_info and conversation_background) are supported in freshchat
