Hello, I am currently trying to build a freshdesk front-end app and new to the developer platform.
I have signed up for freshworks developers successfully, but I am unable to create a Freshdesk trial account directly through the portal. When I click “Sign Up” under Freshdesk in settings, nothing happens.
I successfully signed up for a Freshdesk trial through a separate page, but it seems my developer portal is not recognizing it. I am still stuck on the same message “Please signup with at least one product to create your first App.”
I am unable to create a support ticket and would love help on getting this working. I’ve tried everything I can think of.
