Freshdesk SLA API

Does the Freshdesk as an API to get a ticket’s SLA time and it’s status?

Hi @Siva,

There’s no API available to get the SLA policy of a ticket and it’s status. However the ticket’s “Due By” time can be obtained in the Tickets APIs.

The SLA policies are configured by the account admin to either uses the default SLA policy or customize for their support team’s feasibility and to allow different SLA policy for different tiers of customers of them.

The SLA policies of the account can be obtained from this API and any custom logic can be achieved with the tickets “created_at” data as well.
