Freshdesk Support Knowledge Base Article

:point_right: 1. Under Fresh desk left navigation there is option
“Solutions” > knowledge base > +New article .
Here when my support team creates a new article or update I want to trigger a webhook on freshdesk to hit my backend API as I want to save some information on my side for the article

:bulb: 2. Currently freshdesk only support Webhook API for ticket CRUD operations
