Could you please advise why the app is still showing as Draft on our side, even though it has already been published in the marketplace?
I assume you have uploaded the new version to the existing marketplace app, which is now in draft status. Could you please check and confirm the version number of both the draft version and the live marketplace app?

I noticed a difference between the draft version and the live marketplace version:
Draft version: 72676
Marketplace version: 66158
However, I am unable to find the activity log that shows the transition from the live marketplace app to the draft version. Could you please clarify why this log is not available or how I can access it?
You shared two different app IDs, which means you uploaded two different apps to your account. One is the marketplace app (App ID: 66158), and the other is the custom app (App ID: 72676). Therefore, you cannot see the logs within the custom app
Sorry, the App ID published on the Marketplace is 72686, but my account only has one Freshsales app with App ID 72676. Is it possible for an app that has already been published on the Marketplace to be removed from Manage Apps while remaining live on the Marketplace? If so, is there a way to recover it?
I would like to update the app, but Iām confused because it is not showing in my account.
