We have built a CTI application in Freshsales CRM that uses the show Notification method provided by the SDK. Notifications used to work as they did before, but recently when the CTI widget is open, the notifications are overlapped by the widget, making it difficult for users to see what’s happening. Could you please assist us with the solution.
