Freshsales Suite app that uses custom module data

we are creating a custom front end app that needs to use the data found in one of the custom modules we have created but the api-client.js doesn’t seem to be able to retrieve the data? we have tried different methods and have also tried a serverless app but nothing is working?

i.e in which Frontend API you had tried and what is the error you got, etc

Hi Santosh, I thought I would record a voice note because it would be easier to actually explain what the issue was. So we wanted to build a custom app that essentially got data from the custom modules or one of the custom modules within Fresh Sales Suite. to then be able to use that data to allow the user to select something and then send that to an external webhook. Where we battled was both the front-end app and then we tried a serverless app, we tried an external app, was having a timeout issue and we’re battling to get it to be able to read the data from the custom module and then display it in any manner. So that’s where we’re battling. I’ve attached some summaries that we created, as well as kind of the latest code snippets. So yeah, please let me know if you want to jump on a call and I can take you through more detail, but we need some urgent help, please. Thank you.
