Freshservice API to retrieve problem attachments

Freshservice API for viewing problems does not have attachments in the response payload. While a problem can be created with an attachment.

Can anyone help with this? I need to retrieve attachments for a problem as well as for notes created in a problem

I have raised a Freshservice support ticket for the same.
