Freshservice: Auto Start Timer showing error message

Hi Team,

Good Day!

One of our customers is facing the below-mentioned issue in our service application(Auto Start Timer).

In the ticket details page, when an agent changed the ticket status to Open and sends a reply in the ticket it displays a You are not allowed to create timesheet for other agents error message in a popup.

Kindly help us to fix this issue ASAP.
