Freshservice Custom-Portal card creation with specific Service Catalog

Hi ,
I am trying to customize Freshservice portal where I need to achieve the below tasks

1.In default “Request a service” card, it should show all available Service Catalog

2.In new custom card it should show only selected Service Catalog

For Example, it should show “Software Installation” and “HR Management’’ catalog alone.

Could anyone guide us how to achieve these requirements?

Hi everyone,

I’m following up on my earlier query regarding Freshservice portal customization.

Requirement:

  1. Display all Service Catalog items under the default “Request a service” card

  2. Create a custom card that shows only selected catalogs (e.g., Software Installation, HR Management)

I would like to know if this can be achieved through portal customization.

If anyone has worked on a similar requirement or can share guidance or documentation, it would be very helpful.
