Was wondering on the potential to allow for a new section of reporting in FreshService, similar to Change Requests in associations, the implementation of RPT-***** records that can be manually filled in with pre-set fields.
Not sure if this is something that is capable right now, but would feel like a good idea to keep all information attached to the ticket instead of needing additional software such as Microsoft Word to create a document that can be kept on record for Major Incidents that have occurred.
