Freshservice support portal customization

Hi All,
We are working on portal customization for Freshservice, and we noticed that the liquids we used before are not working now. Specifically, it’s not working for the newer version of the Freshservice support portal.

Can anyone help us here ? Is there any other way to get the user details?

We don’t have enough Freshservice product experts at our community yet. Seems like this is the issue/feature request in the product.

Freshservice support:

Unfortunately, we cannot use custom placeholders for portal customization in Layout & pages as it is the default behaviour of the freshservice instance.
