I have created a full page custom app just want to know whether we have option to move the Icon to the top near the ticket option instead of showing the icon at the bottom

Hey @franklin,
The app icons would be placed after all the other Freshservice icons. Any specific reason you are asking about this customization?
The agent will find it difficult to go to this icon at the bottom and click it so we would like to keep it on top of the list
