'fw-change' is not triggered on client's account

Hi Team,

We are encountering a strange behavior with the fw-change event for the dropdown field in our app. This issue occurs only in one specific customer account. In their account, the fw-change event is triggered after a delay of several minutes.

We are unable to replicate this issue in our account, so it appears to be isolated to that particular customer. This is a critical issue because the customer recently migrated to Freshdesk specifically for this scheduler application, which is a Marketplace app.

Please assist me in resolving this as it is extremely urgent.
