Having difficulty getting the Freshdesk widget to appear on my website with GTM. I set up GA4 w/ GTM on my site. Created the custom HTML with a ‘All Pages’ trigger. The widget does not show up. I also lowered the throttle to check if the script is loading to fast. No luck.
Also, changed the triggers to ‘Window Loaded.’ Again no luck.
The widget has worked in the past when i had Google Universal Analytics set up (and not GA4). The GTM tag is being triggered successfully through the debugging tool.
Any ideas why the script isnt running?
