I am currently trying to export call recordings from Freshworks CRM into google drive and wanted some assistance.
I have both Zapier and Integromat but having a hard time finding the call details through the API and unsure if that will contain the recordings I require.
How can I transfer these recordings to google drive?
if not possible, how can I replace the caller with Twilio as it’s a really easy process there, thanks.
