Hi everyone,
Is there a way to get custom fields from the Software API endpoint? I found posts from a couple of years ago on how to update custom fields on Software assets but was unable to find anything on how to get them.
Most of the Freshservice API endpoints return the custom fields associated with the item (tickets, contracts, etc.), so this feels like it was overlooked or I’m the one doing the overlooking
