Getting "Unexpected error" in custom FDK app during installation with OAuth Authorization

Hi Team,
Getting “An unexpected error occurred. If this issue persists, please contact support” post “App installed” message while installing an custom app with Third party OAuth Authorization.

It was working fine before. This error comes all of a sudden now. Kindly help me with this.

Thanks for your quick response. I have attached the HAR file with all the network logs logged from clicking the install button to getting the error toast.
