Hi Team,

Please guide me through creating this App. Let me tell the use case here
Agent Shift App: - Front End - Full Page App
Need to import a CSV file which contains all elements required for post request of creating agent shifts.
Guide me the approach, how to use nested array of objects in csv?
Which library/properties/methods i need to use for converting csv to json?
What kind of custom app should i use to achieve this?

No, not required. The import will be moreover like how to we do for bulk import of agents and requesters in freshservice. Once we import csv the agent shifts should be created according to the list of contents in the csv file.
