I am requesting an integration with Freshdesk and Hive which is a project management platform.

You haven’t mentioned which Freshworks solution you are using; Please feel free to add that information as well. Regardless, Hive has a Zapier integration with Freshdesk: https://zapier.com/apps/freshdesk/integrations/hive. It is also available for Freshsales and Freshservice. This may be enough to cover your requirements, depending on what you are trying to achieve.
