How do test Freshcaller functionality in local development environment

I’m trying to build an app that runs in the caller_metrics placeholder location.

I have a test Freshcaller account. But there are no call records as shown below.

How do I develop apps for the caller_metrics location without any calls?

I tried to create a call and it asks for phone credits and phone number…

How do I build apps for Freshcaller without having to pay for phone credits.
It’s only for local development purpose.

Since the app testing placeholders require calling option and call records, we provide some credit to create call records and test apps for your developer trial account.

Please submit a request here (https://dev-assist.freshworks.com/support/catalog/items/43) and mention about credit requirement, our team can provision it. You can then use it to make dummy calls and call records to test.
