How does NAT IPs affect my custom application?

Hi all,

I have a custom application which integrates Freshdesk and Freshchat.

And all I’m using is Freshdesk contact API and Freshchat users APIs.

How this will affect my application and how can I fix this?

Hi Benny,

NAT IPS will affect only if you have integrated Freshdesk with a non Freshworks application which can be connected through APIs or webhooks.
