We don’t like to use Web Request in WorkFlow Automator of Freshservice. Instead, we like to develop a custom app similar to Orchestration Center App in Freshservice.
Is it possible to develop the custom app in Orchestration Center by Solution Partner or we can use only the available app in Orchestration Center?

Currently, only the available Orchestrator apps can be used in the Workflow Automator.
It’s not possible to create an app that will be available on Workflow Automator. We will pass this as feedback to the product team.
