How to capture freshdesk instance login and also capture when agent opens the app

Hi team,

we have to capture freshdesk instance login. Is there any option /event we can use to track?

And also, we have full page app. whenever agents open app, we need to capture that as well. We used client.data.get(“loggedInUser”) in app.initialize but the problem is that even if page refreshes app is getting initialized again.
Kindly suggest any others options we can try.
