To start with app development, you have to create a trial account at Freshworks website with the default plan.
The trial plan can be extended for up to 90 days. It can be repeated as long as the app development and maintenance go on.
To extend your trial account, raise a request on our Assist portal. You can also mention obtaining a suitable plan to utilize most product features during app development.
With a suitable product plan, you can explore the Freshworks products and utilize the product features and APIs for your app development. In addition, you can test apps by publishing them as custom apps.
