How to determine if ticket was created by Freshchat integration

When the the Freshchat integration creates a ticket in Freshdesk and adds the chat transcript does it set the source value to something or is there another way of knowing the ticket was created by Freshchat.

I hope you can rely on the default ticket field named “source”.

I just replicated the scenario and found that the source field will have the value 7(int) if it got created from Freshchat.

Thanks @Bene_Immanuel. I did wonder if that was the case but the API documentation says Freshdesk chat rather than Freshchat so I wasn’t sure. I did the same as you and found the source was 7.
