This has me a little confused. I have created an app for Freshchat that works fine within the Freshchat instance you can create from Freshdesk (Freshdesk messaging) but it you try to install it for stand-alone Freshchat instance the API base url (https://[domain]/.freshchat.com/v2/) does not work. Also the UI is different.
What am I missing folks?
