How to get the Ip from a Custom App?

I’m developing a custom application with create and update triggers, when the triggers are fired they send a JSON with information to a Azure application gateway, however, to configure the gateway, I need my custom app IP. My question is:

Is there a custom app ip? if there is how I can visualize and get this IP? And if this IP doesn’t exist, how do I get the gateway to identify my custom application?

You can use Static IP with IP ranges option in request API to configure it in Azure.
