How to identify a canned form answer in Freshdesk?

Hello team!

I’m trying to identify when a conversation is a canned form answer. I noticed that in conversations endpoint, the “source” attribute has always the value “14” in this case. Since this value is not listed in the documentation, could the product team please confirm if my assumption is right?
