How to list an app?

Hey there! I’m a bit confused on how to upload apps - should I start a free trial on some of the Freshworks’ products before making a submission?

Welcome to the Freshworks Developer Community! :tada:

While you can create a developer account without a Freshworks product account, to develop, test, and publish an app, you do need access to at least one Freshworks product.

This is because the app needs to interact with the product’s APIs and UI during development and testing.

So, You need to sign up for at least one product to publish an app.

Thanks for the clarification! :bowing_woman: I was planning to use my colleague’s account, but I guess i must make my own. My colleague has already listed few apps so I suppose they already had a trial. Or, I can use the already existing one?
