i retrieve solution article through API, trying to build a bot for FAQ
Challenge
Many solution articles appear “empty” with only attachments to direct user
therefore when i retrieve those solution article through API, the solution article become useless for user
Goal
able to retrive all solution attachment through API
(not ticket attachment)
